The complementary coffee and croissants were nice and the location was very convenient- close to tourist attractions and restaurants. The room was also clean and tidy, which was much appreciated.
The room was quite small and cramped, making it hard to move around comfortably. the breakfast options were limited and not very appetizing.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, making me feel at home as soon as I walked through the door. The breakfast was amazing - there was such a variety of sweet and savory options, as well as great coffee. The hotel is located on a quiet street near the Castle, which made it easy to get to areas of interest in the city. Additionally, the transportation links to Ravenna or Bologna were great.
